Additionally, a baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge, subject to availability. The bathroom has double sinks and a shower, and there are two separate toilets.

The living room is furnished with a TV, DVD player, and internet connection. The dining area is connected to a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a storeroom and a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, and freezer. Outside, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture.

Parking is available on the quiet street. The location is convenient, with Bordeaux being only 5 km away. It also provides easy access to events like Bordeaux Conforexpo and Vinexpo.
