Welcome to Villa du Parc, a stunning manor built in the 1930s that has been transformed into a collection of charming self-catered holiday apartments and two bed and breakfast accommodations. Situated near the center of Prades, our location offers a magnificent view and is perfectly positioned between the Mediterranean Sea and the ski slopes of the Pyrenees.

Our accommodations feature a cozy chimney lounge with comfortable chairs, as well as complimentary internet access, games, books, magazines, and a video projector. Additionally, we have a dining room and a terrace for your enjoyment. For those with bikes or skis, we offer a convenient underground garage where you can store and work on your equipment.

The grounds surrounding our manor span 8000 square meters, boasting century-old trees and providing a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees. On-site, you will find a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, along with deck chairs and other seating options. We also have a barbecue area and a playground for children. Villa du Parc is located on the outskirts of Prades, allowing you to reach the town center in just ten minutes on foot. There, you can explore restaurants, cinemas, concerts, shops, and the weekly market.

Thanks to Prades' unique location, you can indulge in your favorite holiday activities. Within a forty-five-minute drive, you can either relax on the beach or hike and ski at altitudes of over two thousand meters. Our Mediterranean climate allows for year-round opportunities for rock climbing, spelunking, canyoning, white-water kayaking, and paragliding. Additionally, you can experience the scenic "yellow train," a narrow-gauge railway that traverses a narrow valley and ascends to the high plateau of the nearby mountains.

If you are interested in local culture, there are numerous attractions to explore, such as Vauban's fortresses, the castles of the Catharists, the Dali museum or house, the Casals festival, and beautiful abbeys. The diversity of our region ensures an unforgettable vacation experience. Come and discover the wonders of Villa du Parc and create lasting memories.
