This newly built villa is located just 3 or 4 km away from the mesmerizing sea and only 1 km away from BIOT, a charming medieval village in the Côte d'Azur known for its glassware and Marineland, which is situated near Antibes and lies between the iconic cities of Monaco/Nice and Cannes.The Provencal villa spans across two levels and offers a spacious area of 160 sqm. It is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden of 1500 m² adorned with ancient olive trees, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Please note that the villa does not have a swimming pool.
On the upper level, there are two immaculately clean rooms and a bathroom, each with a separate entrance to ensure privacy. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge, and there is an attic with a library and WIFI access. Additionally, housekeeping services are provided, and fresh linen and towels are available in the bathroom.
Guests have free access to the terrace, garden, and barbecue area, but are kindly asked to respect the designated hours of use. As part of your stay, a delicious homemade breakfast is included, featuring jams, yogurt, fruit, coffee, milk, and tea.
Private parking is available on the premises, offering convenience and security for your vehicle.
