Experience the charm of Montlouis sur Loire and the Castle Road by renting a cozy small house nestled at the foot of the vineyard-covered hills.This delightful house features a spacious 30 m² living room and a convenient toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a charming master bedroom measuring 11 m², a duplex bedroom with a double bed and two single beds on a mezzanine, as well as a bathroom with toilet.
The main room boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and TV. Additionally, you can enjoy dining outside on the lovely terrace, complete with garden furniture.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and high chair for families traveling with young children.
Ideally situated just 15 km away from the renowned Chenonceau, Amboise, and Tours, this house is a perfect base for exploring the region. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the easy access to the Loire River bike path, located just 100 m from the house. For wine lovers, there is a cooperative cellar and gourmet restaurant just 150 m away. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are conveniently located 5 km from the property.
Families will also enjoy nearby attractions such as the Mini-Chateaux and Touraine Aquarium, both just a 10-minute drive away. For those seeking a day trip, the Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope are within a one-hour drive.
The house is easily accessible via the A10 motorway and is conveniently located just 9 km from the TGV station.
Optional services include bed linen rental for 10 (please specify when booking), towel rental for 5 per person (including a bath towel, towel, and washcloth), and a package for end-of-stay cleaning for 40 .
We also offer weekend rentals, with prices starting at 100 for a two-day stay and 150 for a three-day stay.
Payment terms require a 30% deposit upon booking, with the balance due upon arrival. Additionally, there is a local tax surcharge of 0.50 per person per day.
