Experience the charm of a fully renovated 15th-century apartment in an authentic manor. Located at 667 Avenue of Evian Neuvecelle (74500), this spacious and beautifully furnished apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. With a north-south orientation, it offers approximately 150m2 of living space.The apartment features a room with a balcony offering stunning views of the lake and mountains, furnished with a comfortable double bed. There is also a bathroom with a sink and shower, as well as a separate lavatory. The living room boasts a large bay window with panoramic views of the lake and mountains, along with a decorative fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a cozy sofa.
There are three additional bedrooms in the apartment. Bedroom 2 also offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains and features a decorative fireplace and a double bed. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a single bed, and Bedroom 4 also has a single bed. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and heated towel rail is also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including 4 hotplates, an oven, a microwave, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. The coordinates for the destination are 46°N latitude and 6°E longitude. It is situated at a one-hour distance from both Geneva and the motorway. To reach the Royal Hotel Manor in Evian, follow the directions provided. The Manor is conveniently located just 50 meters away from the hotel entrance. You can park your vehicle in the parking area situated in front of the hotel entrance, on the opposite side of the roundabout. From there, it is just a short 50-meter walk to reach the Manor.
