Originally constructed in 1680, La Ferme du Chateau offers a unique and exceptional catered chalet experience. Combining traditional charm with modern comfort, this farmhouse is located in the picturesque village of La Chapelle d'Abondance, perfectly situated for exploring the area's activities, bars, shops, and restaurants.

Our 5-star quality accommodation provides guests with affordable luxury. Featuring six ensuite bedrooms that can be configured as twin or king-size double rooms, most rooms can comfortably accommodate additional beds, allowing for a maximum capacity of 18 guests. Each bedroom is elegantly furnished with 5-star hotel quality beds, Egyptian cotton linen, luxury toiletries, fluffy dressing gowns, hairdryers, and iPod docking stations. All rooms also have access to a south facing balcony, with one bedroom boasting its own private balcony. Additionally, a sunken hot tub on the lower balcony offers the perfect indulgence after a day of activities.

The living and dining area is incredibly spacious, highlighted by a central wood-clad open fire. Six large sofas provide ample space for relaxation, while a TV area on the minstrel gallery, cozy reading snug, and separate south facing balcony offer additional areas to unwind. Enjoy aperitifs in this inviting living area, providing plenty of room for socializing.

At La Ferme du Chateau, we pride ourselves on providing excellent food and wine. During the winter season, guests can enjoy a cooked English breakfast and afternoon tea daily, followed by a delectable four-course evening meal with wine served on six nights. We also offer the opportunity to experience local restaurants on one evening, and an early children's supper option is available.

We are dedicated to providing outstanding service as an owner-run chalet. From the moment you arrive at Geneva airport, we take care of every detail, including ski hire arrangements, ski passes, refreshments upon arrival at the chalet, daily transportation to and from the slopes, and even organizing trips to the thermal center, ski lessons, and more.

La Ferme du Chateau offers flexibility to cater to your needs. During the winter season, the farmhouse is available for catered holidays and breaks of three or more days. In the summer, self-catered, bed and breakfast, and half board options are offered, which includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and a three-course evening meal with wine.
