Chantal and Jean-Claude warmly welcome you as their friends to their luxurious air-conditioned villa. The villa is equipped with a swimming pool, available from April to mid-October, and is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden, a fenced park of 6300m², and various games such as bowling, trampoline, ping pong, gantry, volleyball, and a playground with a carousel and slide for children. Please note that the games are supervised by parents at all times.You have the option to rent the entire property, which includes a four-bedroom villa and additional buildings, for a few weeks during the Parisian school holidays. Linen is provided, and for availability, please contact us as we also host our children and grandchildren.
From September to June, we offer guest rooms for your stay. Our "Cezanne" themed bed and breakfast is 25 m² in size and includes an en-suite shower room and a private terrace. It has an independent entrance and can accommodate two additional beds if needed. We also have a family suite consisting of two rooms, ideal for parents with children. This suite features a large covered terrace and a lounge in the veranda.
Breakfast is included in your stay, and you will have access to our common summer kitchen for preparing snacks. We can recommend restaurants, hiking trails, and provide maps for day trips to Aix en Provence and Marseille.

Description for Gite
This property offers full rental options during school holidays or by request, based on availability. It features a single-story villa with 4 bedrooms and a living room equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there is a veranda, 3 bathrooms, and 4 toilets. The house includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, as well as an outdoor patio kitchen with a barbecue and plancha.The property also includes a pool house with toilets and storage for pool and outdoor equipment. The highlight is a large swimming pool measuring 105 m², complete with an integrated Jacuzzi blower, water jets, and a swimming against the current feature. There is also a massage nozzle. The pool has a triangular shallow area of around 20 m² and a rectangular part with a soft slope, ranging in depth from 1 meter to 1.80 meters. Additionally, there is a diamond diving pit with a depth of 1.80 meters. A small ledge allows for easy access around the pool. From April to October, the pool heating is provided by solar panels, resulting in water temperatures between 26 and 30 degrees Celsius during summer and 20 to 25 degrees Celsius in spring.
The property boasts a beautifully landscaped and enclosed park spanning 6300 m², featuring flowers, pine trees, and oak trees. Numerous games are also available within the park. Linen is provided for guests.
For security, the property is equipped with an electric gate with remote control and a visophone. The garden is automatically watered.
A delegate visits the property once or twice a week to check the pool and garden, but does so discreetly.
During rentals, a cat named Hérane remains on the premises with its supply of food and water in the garage. The cat is timid and will not be seen much unless coaxed.

Directions
To get to Villa Victoria from Aix en Provence, head towards Toulon/Roquevaire/Aubagne on either Route National 96 or the Toulon/Nice highway (take the Fuveau exit). Continue until you reach a place called "Jas de Bassas". At the roundabout, turn right towards "Greasque", then follow the signs towards "Saint-Savournin". Villa Victoria is situated on the left, at number 111, just 30 meters after the "Carrosserie du Virage".
