The new home comprises of two apartments that can accommodate 2 to 4 people each, with sizes of 38m2 and a covered terrace of 18m2. Enjoy breathtaking sea views from the property. The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, stove, and coffee maker pod. The bedroom features a comfortable 160-sized bed, along with an LCD TV with TNT channels. The living room also has an LCD TV with TNT channels. Additionally, there are amenities such as a sunbed, parasol, barbecue, garden, and private parking. The property is conveniently located just 250m from the beach and within a 500m radius of all necessary amenities. Calme absolu
Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans un très beau décor, conforme au descriptif. Le logement est particulièrement bien équipé et d'une propreté indiscutable. La literie est excellente, détail qui a son importance !
La propriétaire, Mme DONATO, est très agréable, très serviable et d'une présence très discrète.
Le terrain est parfaitement clos mais présente un petit inconvénient lorsque l'on vient avec son animal de compagnie : l'accès aux deux logements est commun et si chacun vient avec son compagnon à quatre pattes, cela demande quelques précautions.

Directions
To reach Galeria from Calvi, start by heading towards Ste Catherine Airport. From there, continue on the road that leads to the Galeria Pass Marsulinu. Once you reach the bridge after passing 5 arcades, make a right turn. After approximately 5 minutes of driving, you will arrive at Galeria. Just before reaching the SPAR, take the first side road on the right. Follow this road and you will arrive at ROC panel A MARE.
