Welcome to our cozy cottage, an ideal retreat for hikers, mountain bikers, fishermen, hunters, as well as families and fans looking to unwind in a picturesque countryside setting. Situated in a privileged location, our cottage serves as the perfect starting point for numerous hiking trails.The cottage is conveniently located close to the owners' home, occupying the upper floor. The ground floor is dedicated to laundry facilities and storage for recreational equipment. The interior features a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for two (140cm), two bedrooms (one with a double bed of 140cm and the other with a double bed of 140cm and two bunk beds of 90cm), and a private bathroom with a toilet and balcony access.
To ensure your comfort, the cottage is equipped with electric heating and a fireplace. You will find all the necessary cookware, as well as a microwave, gas cooker, mini oven, fridge freezer, and a dishwasher washing machine. Entertainment options include a TV, DVD player, games, a library, video games, and a mobile phone card available upon request.
Outside, you will find a closed courtyard, a covered terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing in the fresh air.

Start from Mazamet and head towards Béziers on the Michelin Map: 338-N.
Before leaving Mazamet, take a left turn towards Pont de l'Arn.
Afterwards, turn right onto the D 54 road that leads to Angles and Brassac.
Continue on this road for approximately 6 kilometers and then take a left turn towards Marican - Mas de la Borie.
Finally, the house can be found at the bottom of the third road on the left.
