This elegant and spacious gite offers a luxurious and comfortable stay, with its large rooms and high ceilings. Each room is beautifully furnished, providing a delightful ambiance both indoors and outdoors. It boasts five generously sized bedrooms, with the option of baby cots and high chairs if needed. Additionally, there are four bathrooms and five reception rooms, including a formal salon, a TV room equipped with SKY satellite TV, a Hi Fi, and a DVD player. The gite also offers an informal yet charming salon, a conservatory, a dining hall, and a very spacious and fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, fridges, an ice-maker, a microwave, a cooker, an oven, and an assortment of professional kitchen tools. A pantry with a washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Outside, you can enjoy exclusive access to the tennis court and heated pool, as well as barbecue facilities (both gas and conventional) and ample outdoor furniture and loungers. For additional entertainment, there is a table tennis area in the South East tower, boules in the courtyard, and table football in the large kitchen space.

All necessary linen and towels, including swimming towels, are provided for your use, and the house is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge.

Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the excellent Chateau des Vigiers golf course is just a 12-minute drive away. The gite is also conveniently situated near the Dordogne, surrounded by picturesque vineyards, charming villages, and bustling local markets. The towns of Ste Emillion and Bergerac are a short drive away, making the gite the perfect base from which to explore the region.
