Description:

Description for B&B:

Located in the main street of a charming village, this house has undergone an impressive restoration. Originally built in 1785 as the Wine storehouses of Thénacuries and the barracks of Napoleon, this residence boasts a park that was once considered the most beautiful in Europe. In the intervening years, it was acquired by pineau and cognac wine growers who utilized the space to store their barrels. However, for over 90 years, no renovations were undertaken. It took more than a year of intensive restoration to restore its former grandeur and charm.

We are delighted to share this exceptional heritage with you by creating comfortable and welcoming lodgings and spacious guest rooms. These accommodations seamlessly blend the elegance of antique furniture with the authenticity of the stone walls. Additionally, we offer longer stay options for those wishing to explore our beautiful area and its many treasures. Our stables have also been restored and transformed into a delightful and authentic setting, complete with a traditional "Hurdy-gurdy France" hood overlooking a fountain where you can enjoy your breakfast under the sun of our region.
