This spacious gite offers a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. The large 50 m² lounge features a fireplace, TV, and DVD player, while the dining room and office-library with a sofa bed and twin bed provide extra space for relaxation. The gite also includes a toilet on the ground floor.Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, three of which have balconies, and two bathrooms along with a shower room. Oil central heating ensures a cozy stay.
Conveniently located nearby is a bakery, and all other shops can be found just 2 km away in Loures-Barousse. The railway station is 6 km away, offering direct access to Paris. Tennis facilities are located 2 km away and a golf course is just 6 km away. The gite is also within close proximity to a beautiful lake, perfect for outdoor activities. For fishing enthusiasts, the Garonne river is nearby.

Directions
To reach your destination, stay on the A64 motorway until you reach exit n°17. Once you have paid the toll at Montréjeau, quickly move into the outer lane and follow the green sign indicating Lerida Espagne. Continue on nationale 125. At Labroquère, proceed straight after the traffic lights and then take the first right road leading to Saint Bertrand de Comminges. Our house is the first one on the left, just before the level crossing.
