Description: Welcome to this spacious and cozy cottage of 80m². The interior of the cottage offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a dining room, an open plan kitchen/lounge area (45m²), a sofa bed (160), a fireplace, an armchair (2), storage space, a refrigerator-freezer, a microwave oven, a pyrolysis oven, a mixed plate (4), a dishwasher, a color TV (with DVD), electric heating, and a telephone (with card access to France Telecom).The cottage also features a cellar with a private washing machine, a dryer, a private cumulus (250l), and freezer storage (shelves). Additionally, there is a large covered terrace of 30m², perfect for enjoying the sunny weather.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a small balcony and a south-facing terrace (25m²), accommodating 2 people with a comfortable bed (160) and storage space (desk, shelves). A cot is also available. The private bathroom includes a sink (vanity), a bidet, a bathtub, a separate shower, and a toilet. Telephone services are available on site.
The cottage is well-equipped with amenities such as a telephone, a satellite dish, a cable demodulator (subject to staff and board), a barbecue, a vacuum cleaner, garden furniture, baby equipment, a bed cane, a booster chair, and a microwave.

7. Cross the bridge, park your car, and take the first left onto the next street.
8. The cottage is located at the bottom right of the street.
