Our apartments are located in a beautifully transformed wine barn, where old-world charm meets modern design. Each gîte offers a spacious living area ranging from 60 to 90m2. Inside, you will find two separate rooms, a bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, a cozy seating area equipped with a DVD player, TV, satellite, and Hi-Fi system, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace for your enjoyment. Additionally, we provide a communal outdoor kitchen with a barbecue for shared use.

To reach Le Guinot in St Martin de Gurson, follow the A89 Bordeaux-Périgueux highway and take the exit at nr 12 Montpon. After exiting, travel 7 km south until you reach the village of St Martin de Gurson. Le Guinot is located on the street of the firemen, near the tennis ground and cemetery.
