This charming village house is perfect for a couple looking for a cozy retreat in the heart of Vivario, located in the beautiful department of Haute-Corse. With its convenient location just 20 kilometers from the prestigious Corte University, this house is an ideal base for exploring the famous Gorges Restonica and the exhilarating GR20 hiking trail. Additionally, the house is surrounded by rivers, offering opportunities for outdoor activities, and is just an hour away from the beach.The house itself is compact, yet comfortable, spanning 40 square meters over two levels. The first level features a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with modern amenities such as a washing machine, top table fridge, gas stove, microwave, small appliances, and a TV. There is also a comfortable chair that can be converted into a bed for an additional guest. Moving up to the second level, you will find a bedroom with a comfortable 140 bed and a spacious dresser. The attached bathroom includes a toilet.
Vivario is a charming commune surrounded by the picturesque villages of Muracciole, Noceta, and Bocognano. It is conveniently located just an hour away from Ajaccio, the largest nearby city, and an hour away from the sea. As a part of the Regional Natural Park of Corsica, Vivario offers a serene and authentic setting for your vacation.
In terms of amenities, the village has small shops including a grocery store, tobacco bar, restaurant, pizzeria, inn, post office, and a railway station, ensuring that you have everything you need within reach.
For your convenience, we offer an optional end-of-stay cleaning service for an additional fee of 40. Additionally, we provide pillows, pillowcases, blankets, quilts, and towels. Bed linen is priced at 8 euros per person, and towels are priced at 4 euros per person. A refundable deposit of 300 euros can be made via check.
