As you approach the villa, you will be captivated by the sight of the sturdy oak door adorned with elegant wheatsheaves and olives, signaling that you have arrived at a truly special place. Nestled amidst a grove of oak trees, this villa has been meticulously constructed using traditional materials to ensure the highest standards of quality and comfort.Step inside the villa and be greeted by a covered breakfast terrace that leads to a spacious hallway. To the front, you will find a large and inviting sitting room, complete with plush sofas, a coffee table, and a satellite TV / DVD player. Adjacent to the sitting room, a well-equipped kitchen awaits, featuring modern amenities such as a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and a family dining table. French windows open onto the magnificent front terrace, where panoramic views of the curving bay and the ancient citadel of Calvi unfold before your eyes.
From the kitchen, a door leads to a generous dining area with a table and chairs, which then flows seamlessly into the expansive main sitting room. Here, you can relax on the comfortable white sofas and chairs, while enjoying the natural light that floods the room through the French windows. The front terrace beckons just outside, where you can savor the spectacular views while dining at the large parasol-covered table, firing up the gas BBQ, or lounging on the comfortable sun loungers.
