Welcome to our charming house located in the Landes forest, just 1.5 km from the village center. Situated on a 6-hectare property with a lovely barnyard, our house offers a peaceful retreat. It is conveniently located 20 km from the beaches, 20 km from Dax (the first spa town of France), and only 3 km from the A63 highway, connecting Bordeaux and Spain. Relaxation awaits you here!

Catherine, our friendly host, will warmly welcome you upon arrival. We have three comfortable bedrooms available, each with its own bathroom and toilet facilities.

- The yellow room features a double bed (160 cm) and two single beds.
- The blue room offers a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds.
- The green room is ideal for children and has a double bed (160 cm) and one single bed (maximum 160 cm).

During your stay, you can enjoy a communal lounge with a TV and access to WIFI in all rooms. We also provide a separate entrance for your convenience.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast served in our dining room or outside if the weather permits.

Our property also offers garden furniture, a barbecue, and various games for children, including a swing.

There are plenty of sports and cultural activities to keep you entertained, such as canoeing and kayaking on the nearby Palue river, hiking trails, a bike path leading to the beach, horseback riding in Lit et Mixe, tennis courts, a library, a cinema, and themed evenings organized by the local community. All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

The room rate is 60 euros per night for one or two people, with an additional charge of 16 euros per extra bed.

Welcome to our charming "Landaise" house! As our guest, you will have exclusive access to a private entrance leading to a communal lounge equipped with a TV. Additionally, you will have the pleasure of staying in one of our three cozy rooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom and WC.

Nestled within a sprawling 6-hectare park, our property offers a serene and tranquil environment, perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. Should you wish to explore the picturesque pine forests of the surrounding area, you will find various walking trails conveniently starting from our premises.

Our garden is a delightful oasis where you can indulge in outdoor activities. Whether it's grilling delicious meals on the barbecue, watching your children have fun on the swing, or simply relaxing amidst the beautiful foliage in our garden furniture areas, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Ne vous attendez pas seulement à séjourner dans un cadre époustouflant... Vous serez, en plus, reçus avec toute la chaleur et l'humanité si caractéristiques à la propriétaire de ce lieu exceptionnel !

C'est avec un sourire franc et authentique que Catherine vous accueillera, en se montrant toujours aux petits soins. Le mariage parfait d'une constante prévenance à une discrétion sans faille. Elle aime les gens, elle aime recevoir et c'est manifeste à chaque instant !

Vous logerez dans l'une des 3 charmantes chambres, propices à un séjour en couple comme en famille, à l'étage desquelles se trouvent à votre disposition un salon avec TV, frigo et tout le nécessaire à la détente... Même si les 6 hectares de (sublime) terrain vous pousseront inévitablement à vivre dehors, entourés de chevaux et des compositions florales qui nous ont émerveillés tout au long de notre séjour.

Ne passez sous aucun prétexte à côté du petit déjeuner composé des confitures et miel faits maison, celui-ci vous sera servi, toujours dans la bonne humeur, à l'ombre de la terrasse dominant le parc... En un mot : FONCEZ !

Ancienne ferme landaise dont la propriétaire a su conserver l'authenticité , l'âme et le charme ...en pleine campagne...lieu très ressourçant où les chevaux galopent en liberté. ..
Excellent accueil de la propriétaire qui a su nous faire partager tout l'amour qu elle porte à ce lieu
Chambre très romantique joliment décorée
Petit déjeuner copieux avec de très bonnes confitures maison et un excellent pastis landais

To get to our destination, follow these revised travel directions: Take the A63 highway and continue through the town center. Once in the town center, make a left turn towards "Uza, Mimizan." Look for the last path on the right just before reaching the signpost indicating the exit of the villages.
