This 90m² conditioned house features 3 bedrooms and is situated in a very quiet area. The Bédinière, a half-timbered house, has been open since December 2012 and is classified as 3 ears. It is an iconic representation of the Sologne region and is located within 5km of Chambord Park and in close proximity to other Loire castles such as Blois, Cheverny, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Amboise, and Beauregard. The area is perfect for biking, with cycling tours available to explore the beautiful region of Sologne, as well as being near Center Park and the natural BEAUVAL.Baignade Zoo Mont-près-Chambord.The cottage is located 700m from a typical Solognot town on a spacious plot. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people (possibly 8) with its 3 independent rooms and large bedding. Weekend stays are also available for 250.
On the ground floor, there is a dining room with a farmhouse table and a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people. The room also features a flat screen TV, beams, and an oak staircase characteristic of Sologne. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, and small appliances. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with 2 natural stone sinks and a large shower, as well as a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has beams, a double bed (160), and a closet.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160), a wardrobe, and a TV. There is also another bedroom with 2 beds (90) that can be converted into a double bed (180) and a wardrobe. The upstairs area also includes a bathroom with a natural stone basin and a toilet.
The house offers free Wi-Fi and a welcome box of regional goodies. Sheets are provided free of charge, and towels are available at a rate of 5 per person per stay. Cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee of 50.
Outside, there is a spacious area with a large table, chairs, and armchairs under the shade of trees, perfect for enjoying meals and aperitifs in a peaceful setting. A barbecue is also available. Guests can discover the wildlife of the Sologne Sauvage, with deer often seen near the cottage, as well as the region's ponds and inhabitants. The area offers the charm of the country Raboliot and the possibility of exploring the Loire castles and nature through guided outings (contact us for more information).
