This fully equipped apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be accessed by an elevator. It features a spacious hall, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate WC. The apartment is conveniently situated near the "body of water biotope," offering swimming with a stunning view of Mont Blanc. Additionally, guests can enjoy the sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi facilities.

During the winter season, guests can indulge in various Alpine skiing activities, cross country skiing, sledging, snowshoeing, snowboarding, and even take sleigh rides. Guided tours of the village are available, along with child care services and a nursery. A free ski bus is also provided for easy transportation. The apartment is located in the Combloux village center at an altitude of 1000m, with the ski tracks reaching up to 1930m. There are different packages available for skiing enthusiasts, such as Combloux - Jaillet - The Giettaz with 90km of tracks, Evasion Mont Blanc with 300km of tracks, or Skipper Mont Blanc with an impressive 600km of tracks.

In the summer, guests can enjoy a wide range of activities including horse riding, climbing, hiking, fishing, tennis, and exploring the mountains. There is also the option to spend a night in a mountain refuge, go mountain biking, practice archery, play petanque, go on a 4x4 hike, participate in yoga and gymnastics sessions, or even join the ice school. For the more adventurous, paragliding, canyoning, and rafting activities are available. There is also the opportunity to take a relaxing bus trip for a full or half day excursion.
