The ground floor features a double room, while the upstairs offers two triple rooms with air conditioning, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests.
Guests can enjoy a cozy and comfortable lounge area, complete with a fireplace, flat-screen television, a selection of books and board games. Complimentary wireless internet connection is also available.
During the summer season, this building can be rented as a cottage.
Our Bohemian-style caravan exudes warmth and charm, inviting guests to embark on various adventures, whether it be a romantic getaway, cultural exploration, or historical immersion in the heart of wine-producing Anjou. Adorned with pale wood and vibrant fabrics, the caravan is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults - 2 children) and includes a bathroom, kitchen area, and heating during winter. Similar to a hotel experience, the beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided, and a breakfast service is available.

OUR COTTAGE "THE BARN"***** :

Indulge in a luxurious stay at our 5-star classified cottage, "The Barn." This beautifully restored old barn offers a spacious and comfortable retreat with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, each equipped with private toilets. The ground floor features a bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200) and a dressing area, while upstairs you will find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with air conditioning. The maximum capacity of the cottage is six persons.

Experience the convenience of modern amenities and stylish decor during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a SMEG fridge with a freezer, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, vitro ceramic hob, and a washing and drying machine. Relax and unwind in the living room, where you can enjoy the flat screen television. Each bedroom also features its own flat screen television. Rest assured with premium bedding, as the beds are made for you upon arrival. The bathrooms are equipped with towels and luxurious home products from the LOccitane brand. Additionally, a barbecue is available for your use.

To reach Notre-Dame-dAllençon from Angers, follow these directions: Take the N260 road towards Cholet and Poitiers. Continue on D748 towards Brissac and Doué la Fontaine. Follow the signs towards Vihiers until you reach the village of Notre-Dame-dAllençon. After passing through the village, take the D24 road towards Thouarcé. Continue on D24 until you reach Bonnezeaux. At Bonnezeaux, turn left towards Chavagnes on D199. Take a right turn at the water tower onto D114.

If you are traveling from Saumur, follow these directions: Take the D960 road towards Cholet and Doué la Fontaine. Keep going towards Angers and then take D83 towards Martigné Briand. When you reach the church, continue straight ahead on D748 towards Thouarcé. Finally, turn right onto D114, which will lead you to le domaine des gauliers.
