This apartment is perfect if you're looking for a spacious and well-equipped place to stay that will make you feel right at home. It's conveniently located near the entrance of Ortigia, the historic center of Syracuse in Sicily. You'll be close to the bridge that connects Ortigia island to the rest of the city.

From the apartment, you can easily walk to the bus station, the charming open-air market, the "Marina", the Temple of Apollo, and the Fountain of Aretusa, which are all popular tourist attractions. You'll also be able to visit the Duomo square with its stunning baroque cathedral, the Archimede square with the Fountain of Diana, and many other famous Greek, medieval, Renaissance, and baroque monuments in the historic center of Siracusa.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a size of approximately 70 mē. It consists of a spacious and sunny living room with a double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and a folding bed (80 x 190 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (including a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and crockery), and a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is in excellent condition as it was recently renovated. It comfortably accommodates 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 people.

There is also a free car parking area available 200 meters away, but parking on the street where the apartment is located is usually possible.
