Experience the charm of an old Savoy farm at our house (apartment) that can accommodate up to 5 people. Located in the picturesque village of Le Corbier, part of CHAVANOD commune, our property is just a few minutes away from the stunning Lake Annecy (7 km).

The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. We provide all the necessary dishes, kitchen utensils, and even a sofa for your comfort. Stay connected with our complimentary WIFI internet and enjoy your favorite shows on the television.

There are two cozy bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom is furnished with a 140cm bed and has an attached bathroom and a separate toilet. The second bedroom offers a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, along with an ensuite shower and toilet. Stay connected with internet access in this room as well.

Relax and unwind on the terrace while enjoying a barbecue or lounging on the comfortable garden furniture. Private parking is available for your convenience.

The house is conveniently located just 450m from shops and 80m from the bus stop. Explore the beautiful city of Annecy, just a 10-minute drive away. Geneva is only 30 minutes away, while Chambery and Lac du Bourget can be reached in 40 minutes. If you're up for an adventure, Chamonix and Turin are both within a 2 hour and 15-minute drive.

At COTTAGE SAVOISIEN, we offer various tourist circuits that can be explored by car, allowing you to discover the natural wonders and breathtaking landscapes of Savoy.

We welcome pets in the house (apartment), but kindly request that they are not brought into the guest rooms.

Access:
If you are arriving via the A41 (Lyon-Geneva and Turin) Highway:
- If you are coming from CRUSEILLES, GENEVA, or TURIN, take the Annecy South exit and head towards SEYNOD. Stay to the right and do not exit towards Annecy. Once you pass BRESSIS church, take a right turn in the direction of 16 departmental CHAVANOD.
- If you are coming from LYON or AIX-LES-BAINS, take the ALBY/CHERAN-RUMILLY exit or Sortie 15.1. Follow the 201 road towards Annecy and after passing Treige village, take a left turn towards the road CHAVANOD Field of the FTA.
