Experience an authentic and comfortable holiday in Burgundy at our beautifully renovated old wine estate. Located in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard, our stone house offers excellent conditions for your stay, whether it be a short getaway or a longer vacation.Inside, you will find a cozy living room equipped with WiFi, television, CD player, DVD player, books, and games. The dining room features a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge with a freezer. There is also a toilet and shower available. Upstairs, you will find a spacious and comfortable bedroom with an old washbasin, a double bed, and a single bed. We provide all the necessary sheets and towels, and baby equipment is also available. Heating is included in the rental price.
Outside, you can enjoy the terrace with a garden table and chairs, an inner courtyard, and garden deck chairs. A barbecue and a garage are also at your disposal. We happily welcome small dogs, as long as they are kept on a leash in the yard and garden.
Our peaceful location makes us the perfect starting point for exploring all that Burgundy has to offer. Go hiking, cycling, or mountain biking, play table tennis, or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility. Take the opportunity to visit medieval villages, castles, and cellars, play tennis, or go rollerblading on the greenway. Don't miss the wine festivals and enjoy a boat trip on the Canal du Center.

Our rates for weekly rentals are 310€ and 340€ during school holidays. Alternatively, you can book the cottage for 52€ per night for 2 people or 62€ per night for 3 people (minimum stay of 2 nights in low season and 4 nights in high season).

Welcome to our charming gite nestled in the picturesque vineyards of Couchois, in the beautiful region of Burgundy. Situated in a restored guest house, our duplex apartment offers you a delightful and tastefully decorated space to relax and enjoy your stay.The apartment features a spacious and comfortable bedroom, thoughtfully furnished for 2 or 3 guests. It includes a convenient wash basin, WC, and shower. Additionally, there is a cozy living room with a kitchenette for your convenience. To ensure the safety and security of your vehicle, we also provide a closed garage.
There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained during your stay. Whether you prefer relaxation or adventure, you can indulge in activities such as cycling, mountain biking, and table tennis. Furthermore, in the nearby town of Couches, you can engage in shooting, tennis, and explore the local cellars, castle, and medieval village.
Our gite can be booked at a rate of €52 per night for 2 persons and €62 per night for 3 people. Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights is required during mid-season, while during high season, a minimum stay of 4 nights is necessary. Breakfast is not included in the booking but can be arranged upon request.

Après un accueil sympathique et discret, nous nous sommes installés dans cette charmante maison agréablement décorée, entourée de fleurs. une adresse idéale pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité dans une ambiance campagnarde tout près de sites touristiques incontournables.
Directions
Head south on highway A6 towards Lyon. Take the Beaune Hospices exit, marked as sortie 24.1 "Beaune Chagny". Follow the N 74 road towards Chagny, but do not enter the town. Instead, continue on the D 974 road towards Le Creusot until you reach Saint Léger sur Dheune. At Saint Léger sur Dheune, turn right and take the D 978 road towards Couches. Before reaching the castle, you will see a large wine-press on your left. Turn left at this point onto the C10 road towards Origny. Continue for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you see a big yellow house on your left-hand side. Turn left and our property will be easily recognizable on your right.
