Located just 6 km away from the gates of Agen, on the outskirts of the charming village of St-Cirq Colayrac, sits a beautifully restored character house. Set on a sprawling open park spanning 13,000m², this home is owned and operated by Marie and Marc Anthoine. They warmly welcome guests for overnight stays or longer visits in their meticulously renovated and personally decorated abode. The house boasts four spacious bedrooms, including two family rooms and two suites, each equipped with its own bathroom and toilet.Guests are invited to relax and enjoy the common room, where breakfast is served by a crackling fire during the winter months. Additionally, a communal kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and hotplates is available for use. The atmosphere is one of relaxation and conviviality, with internet access, a computer, and printer provided (wifi is available in the rooms). For leisurely pursuits, there is a selection of reading materials and games.
During the summer, guests can take advantage of the garden, complete with hammocks and designated relaxation areas. A terrace and a communal swimming pool measuring 10mx4m and 1.40m in depth, complete with an alarm system, offer further opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Marc-Antoine, an avid cyclist, is also available to provide advice on local biking routes and paths, including scenic rides along the nearby canal.

Directions
After passing through the village towards Bordeaux, look out for the "colayrac st Cirq" sign, which will be at the end of the village. Shortly after that, you will see a barred entrance. The house is located 100m after the entrance on the right. Make sure to take the hairpin turn. Just before the radio station "Espoir FM," you will find the entrance to the house. Look for the "Gîte de France" sign hanging in front of the house.
