Located in the heart of the stunning gorges of the Allier in Saint-Privat-d'Allier, in the south of Auvergne, this house is the perfect destination for your year-round getaway.Only 18 minutes away from Le Puy-en-Velay, the House of Cabourne provides excellent organization for your weekend plans. With 9 hiking trails available, including the famous Camino de Santiago, as well as close proximity to the GR 40 and GR Gorges de l'Allier, outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities to explore.
For those seeking adventure, nearby activities include rafting, canyoning, mountain biking (with bike rentals available on-site), sand yachting, pendulum jumping, horseback riding, and muscle relaxation. In case of rainy weather, we offer indoor activities such as bowling, laser game, indoor swimming pool, and aquatic leisure center.

To get to Saint-Privat-Allier, follow RN 88 from Lyon, Saint-Etienne, or Le Puy-en-Velay. You can also take A75 from Clermont-Ferrand or Montpellier and exit at Saint-Chely-dApcher, Saugues, or Saint-Privat. If you prefer to travel by train, take the Le-Puy-en-Velay train to Monistrol-Allier Railway station. For air travel, you can use the daily line between Paris and Le Puy-en-Velay, operated by Hex Company Air, with stops at Clermont-Ferrand, Lyon Saint-Exuperie, and Saint-Etienne, at the Aerodrome Puy-Loudes.
