The Gite offers a spacious and comfortable lounge area, complete with original stone flooring, a cozy woodburner, and a TV/DVD for entertainment. The separate kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge (including freezer compartment), coffee maker, and toaster. All necessary cooking utensils, plates, cups, and glassware are provided.Ascending the stairs from the kitchen/diner, you will find the sleeping quarters and bathroom facilities. The generously sized double bedroom boasts charming original stone walls and exposed beams. This room easily accommodates an additional bed or cot, ensuring ample space for guests.
The shower room is bright and airy, featuring a stone wall and exposed beams. It includes a spacious shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail, and a wc.
As part of the gite, a utility room is available for guests, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Upon arrival, the owners provide a welcome basket, as well as fresh garden fruits and vegetables in accordance with the season.
Outside, a sunny patio area awaits, furnished with a table and chairs, overlooking the beautifully stocked garden maintained by the owners. This is an ideal spot to relax or enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Sunloungers and a barbecue are provided for guests' use. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking.

Directions
To reach the destination, you can take the D940 road from either Gueret or La Chatre. Once you reach Le Poteau, follow the D15 road, which is signposted for Genouillac Gare. After traveling for about 1km, you will come across a left turn that leads to Les Mousseaux. The house you are looking for is located on the left side at the end of the village.
