Welcome to our home! We are delighted to offer you a spacious 70 m² apartment on the first floor. This charming space includes two cozy bedrooms, a dining room, and a private bathroom with a WC, conveniently located but not directly adjoined to the bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable 160x200 cm bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a 140x190 cm bed.Enjoy a delicious continental breakfast each morning of your stay. Please note that pets are not permitted as we have a friendly dog named Jully. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Additionally, we offer a delightful table d'hôtes experience, available upon reservation 48 hours in advance.

Here's a revised version of the travel directions:
1. Exit the A43 toll at Chignin.
2. Follow the signs towards Chambéry at the roundabout, using the main road.
3. At the first traffic light in Chignin-gare, turn right and continue for 1 km.
4. At the intersection with the cross, turn left and head uphill towards the church.
5. In the bend, take the second road marked "Villard."
6. Continue uphill for 400 meters, then take the first left.
7. After 50 meters, take the first right. Look for a large white house.
8. Drive to the back of the courtyard for parking.
