Description for B&B:

Welcome to this stunning French farmhouse retreat, a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Nestled within a tranquil, landscaped garden, guests can unwind and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool. Originally built in 1837, this lovingly restored farmhouse retains its exquisite features while offering top-notch amenities for holiday rentals.

Enjoy restful nights in one of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each showcasing original oak beams and traditional stone walls. Dine al fresco with a barbecue in the expansive outdoor space or savor the local cuisine at nearby restaurants and bars, just minutes away. The front garden, bathed in sunlight year-round, offers a perfect spot for relaxation, while the shaded porch provides a cozy nook for reading, dining, or simply unwinding. The thick stone walls and quality insulation keep the interior cool during summer, and under-floor heating along with natural wood-burners ensure warmth and comfort in winter.

The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The second bathroom offers a bath, shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. Each bedroom is equipped with USB charging points, Wi-Fi, and wired internet for your convenience.

Your rental includes access to all the farmhouse's facilities, with provided sheets and towels for both the bathroom and pool. Additionally, you’ll find a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The lounge area boasts a DVD player and satellite TV with both UK and European terrestrial channels.

The pool is shared with one other gite, but each gite has its own private garden space and outdoor equipment.

Special discounts are available for long-term rentals outside of peak season.
