Welcome to our charming ground-floor living room, adorned with a French oak and poplar ceiling. The room is bathed in natural light, thanks to a lime coating subtly tinted with yellow ocher, perfect for its south-facing orientation. A compact, well-equipped kitchen seamlessly extends from the living space.As you enter, you'll be greeted by a staircase and an entire floor decorated with a hand-painted frieze of autumn-colored leaves, adding to the vintage patina of light red.
Upstairs, the bedroom windows offer stunning views: to the south, you can overlook the garden, while to the north, you'll see the small pond, the orchard, and the surrounding woods. The bedroom provides the ultimate comfort with a 180 cm bed (which can be separated into 2x90 cm beds upon request) and an additional 2x90 cm bed. The room spans 21 m², with an extra 5 m² of clearance space featuring a cupboard, and a 4 m² shower room with a W.C.
You'll fall in love with the soft-colored whitewashed walls, the tranquil atmosphere, the quality bedding, and the well-equipped kitchen. The garden offers a splendid view of the Monts du Forez, promising a serene and relaxing experience.
Our large saltwater swimming pool, measuring 16m by 5m, is open from June to September. It features an access ramp with a guardrail and a shallow 60 cm deep area on a third of its surface, perfect for children.
We welcome guests from early April to mid-November (during school holidays) and offer seasonal pricing:
- Low and mid-season: €448
- June, September, and All Saints’ Day: €532
- July-August: €640
- Weekends: €350 (excluding school holidays)
Optional cleaning and sheet rental services are available. Baby equipment is provided free of charge but must be reserved in advance.

Directions
Here are the revised travel directions:
1. On the A72 motorway, take the exit at Feurs.
2. Turn left onto the D1089 towards Boën.
3. After crossing over the motorway, turn left towards Poncins.
4. Follow the road into the village of Poncins.
5. Drive through Poncins, and after passing the Town Hall, turn right towards Montverdun.
6. Continue for 3.5 km. You'll pass the "Les Perrichons" area, then a farm on the right, and finally an area of undergrowth.
7. The house is located just beyond the undergrowth on the right side. It might not be visible until you're quite close.
8. The car park is indicated by a “Clévacances” sign on the gate pillar.
