Welcome to our charming retreat, once a farm and later a hotel from 1900 to 1999, now transformed into cozy guest rooms nestled in a traditional Cantal building. Join us for a simple, authentic experience where you can unwind and relax, whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, with friends, or in a group.Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature and the changing seasons. During your stay, you might spot deer, roe deer, or mouflons while hiking or from the terrace in the evening.
We offer year-round accommodations in rooms designed for 2 or 3 guests, each featuring a private bathroom and WC. For your leisure, a cozy lounge is available where you can read, play games, chat with other guests, or watch television.
Our breakfast and dinner, crafted from local ingredients and inspired by the seasons and Karine's creativity, are served in our family dining room. We look forward to sharing stories of the day and introducing you to our beautiful region over a delicious meal and a drink.
If you seek a moment of personal well-being, indulge in a face-cranial or foot massage, or an Access Bars® session with Karine—pure relaxation guaranteed. For your convenience, we can also prepare a delightful picnic for lunch or a satisfying meal for the evening.

We want to ensure you have a satisfying stay, so please note that our rooms do not include a fridge or kitchenette. However, we are happy to lend you space in our fridge to store the wonderful cheeses or cold meats you collect on your travels. Welcome to our charming, fully furnished tourist accommodation, perfectly situated in the scenic Mont Cantal region. This independent gîte, adjacent to our house, offers stunning mountain views and a cozy retreat.Conveniently located near the medieval village of Murat, you'll find it easy to shop and explore. The Lioran resort is also nearby, offering opportunities for hiking and skiing. The area is rich with places to visit and trails to hike, promising an adventure-filled stay.
The apartment spans 45m² and includes:
- A bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a dressing room, and a desk.
- A living room featuring a kitchen equipped with an electric stove and refrigerator, a dining area, and a lounge area with a 140x190 convertible BZ and a 2-seater sofa.
Please note, breakfast is not included. However, upon prior request, you can enjoy a table d'hôte meal at our home, "Au Cœur Du Volcantal."
To ensure a pleasant stay, please adhere to the following rules:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and common areas.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Consumer products (e.g., paper towels, trash bags, coffee filters) and food items (e.g., coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper) are not provided.
Sheets and towels are available for rental, while toilet paper is provided. You can conveniently place grocery orders at the Intermarché Drive in Murat.
A security deposit of €200 is required with your rental contract prior to arrival (details provided in the contract sent via email).
Cleaning is the tenant's responsibility; otherwise, €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:30 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. For arrivals or departures outside these times, an additional fee of €20 per person may apply.
