Description for B&B:

Our accommodation currently offers two types of rooms: a double room with en-suite facilities and a twin room with en-suite facilities.

Guests can enjoy a substantial continental breakfast that includes delicious home-made breads, jams, and locally sourced produce.

For those interested, we also provide evening meals, although these come at an additional cost and must be pre-ordered.

Located in the small village of Affieux, our property has been recognized as a "Village Remarquable" due to its ancient church and charming Chateau. It is a peaceful and tranquil setting with stunning views of the Vezere river valley, particularly during sunset.

Just a short distance away, about a couple of miles, is the medieval town of Treignac. It boasts quaint streets, cafe-bars, shops, and restaurants, offering plenty of entertainment and dining options.

Our local swimming lake, the Lac de Bariousses, is approximately 6 kilometers from Le Cantou. It features a beach with lifeguards, boat-hire, an inflatable aqua-park, and fishing opportunities, making it an ideal destination for families.

The Correze region, although relatively unknown to tourists, offers breathtakingly beautiful countryside. Visitors can engage in various activities, such as following way-marked walking and mountain bike trails, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, sight-seeing, paragliding, exploring historical villages, and much more.
