We have a delightful, serene, and peaceful apartment available for rent in the charming town of Port Launay. Located on the banks of the scenic Aulne Nantes - Brest canal, this apartment offers a tranquil retreat.

The apartment is bright, spacious, and airy, providing a comfortable living space. It comes fully equipped with modern amenities including a washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, cafétiere, kettle, oven, log burner, SKY television, and French TV. Additionally, there is a DVD player, a selection of books, and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features an ensuite walk-in shower, while there is also a separate toilet. For your convenience, we provide an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

The apartment can accommodate up to four people and offers flexibility in terms of renting options. It can be rented as a whole unit or on a nightly basis with breakfast included. All bedding and towels are provided, and we can also supply a high chair and cot bed if needed.

In the apartment, you will find various entertainment options, including games and a collection of leaflets highlighting nearby attractions. Outside, there is a safe enclosed garden with sun loungers, a BBQ, bikes, and a kayak available for your use.

The location is ideal, with beautiful, untouched beaches just a 15-minute drive away. The nearby town of Châteaulin, only 3 minutes away, offers supermarkets, shops, and pavement cafés. Sports enthusiasts will find plenty of activities to enjoy, such as fishing, walking, cycling, tennis, pédalos, and horse riding.

Our apartment is also conveniently situated for exploring the cities of Brest and Quimper.

Directions

Port Launay is located one hour away from Roscoff, 2.5 hours away from St. Malo, 35 minutes away from Brest, and 20 minutes away from Quimper. When approaching Port Launay, make sure to keep the river on your left. Continue past the Quai and you will find our house under the viaduct, towards the ecluse (lock). Look for a sign hanging outside the property with the letters "B 1 B," as well as double white iron gates and a driveway for secured parking. If you encounter any difficulties, please give us a call and I will personally come to assist you.
