It has its own separate entrance with outdoor steps. The apartment boasts a spacious 1x7 m balcony that overlooks a beautiful wooded park nearby. Additionally, guests have access to a grassy area with shaded spots, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture. As an added bonus, guests also have access to the banks of the Loire river. The property offers ample parking space for 2 cars and even provides the option to store two bikes in a fully equipped workshop.
