Nestled in the picturesque Dordogne Valley, just a short distance from Sarlat and in close proximity to renowned villages such as Domme, La Roque Gageac, and Beynac, lies the peaceful village of Montfort.

Immersed in the beauty of its surroundings and situated a mere 200 yards from the historic Montfort castle, our country house offers a charming and well-preserved ambiance.

The guestrooms, which have recently undergone renovations, are located on the upper floors, providing an uninterrupted view of our thriving walnut grove and the sprawling countryside beyond.

Our establishment boasts four non-smoking guest rooms, three of which feature spacious European king-size beds (160x200 cm), while one room offers comfortable double single beds (90x200 cm). All rooms are equipped with en-suite shower rooms and are meticulously furnished. Additionally, two of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast served in our elegant wood-paneled dining room or on the inviting terrace. Relax and unwind in our garden or soak up the sun on the terrace. Convenient private parking is available, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience.

Airports: The airports in the vicinity are Bergerac, Perigueux, Brive-Vallée de la Dordogne, Limoges, Bordeaux, and Toulouse.

Train stations: The train stations available are Souillac and Sarlat.

Highway: To reach Souillac, take the A20 highway from Paris (Lyon Clermont F.) to Toulouse and then take exit number 55 for Souillac.

Directions from Souillac by car: Head towards Sarlat and then take the D703 road towards "Vallée de la Dordogne". Once you reach Carsac, turn right towards the Village de Montfort.

Directions from Bergerac by car: Follow the Dordogne Valley towards Sarlat, then continue towards Beynac and La Roque Gageac. Drive through the village and keep straight. Take a left towards Vitrac. At Vitrac Port, turn right towards Montfort. Follow the dead end to the left of Castle Montfort.

Directions from Sarlat by car: Follow the directions towards Cahors. At the traffic circle "sechoir a tabac-Leclerc", go towards Montfort. Once you reach the village of Montfort, take the first street on the right.
