Situated in the heart of a picturesque village, this beautiful house spans 90m2 and sits on a spacious 800m2 plot. It has been fully restored and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 to 8 people.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and microwave. The cozy living room boasts a fireplace and a television for your entertainment.

There are two bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom is furnished with a 140cm bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom offers a 140cm bed and an additional single bed. For families with little ones, a baby cot and highchair are available.

The bathroom is complete with all necessary facilities, and there is a separate toilet.

For added convenience, breakfast items are provided in the kitchen.

Children under 2 years old stay free of charge.

Take the A13 motorway towards Rouen and exit at 18 Louviers.
