To reach the property, follow these directions:- Depart from the N12 and take the Lannion/Bégard exit (D767).
- Continue on D767 until you reach the Cavan exit (D33).
- Take a left turn, then another right onto D33 towards Roche Derrien/Mantallot.
- After passing Mantallot, keep an eye out for the signpost to Langoat (located at a crossroads with a restaurant on the right-hand side).
- As you reach the top of the hill, you will encounter another crossroads. Take a left turn and then another left at the end of the road.
- The entrance to the property is located approximately 500 meters ahead.

Directions
To reach the destination, start from the center of Langoat. Follow the sign for Lanmerin/Rospez and continue past the school. Once you reach the village exit, turn left. Proceed straight for 1.5 miles until you find the entrance on your left.
