Description for B&B:
Murier Blanc has its own private entrance from a secluded lane that runs alongside the main development. The front drive offers ample parking space for at least three cars. Surrounding the property, there is a spacious tiled area and lush shrub borders, providing a sense of privacy. The front and far side of the villa boast lawns enclosed by a carefully maintained hedge, ensuring uninterrupted views of the picturesque valley and distant hills.Inside the villa, the layout is designed for optimal comfort and convenience. A large open plan American style kitchen, dining, and sitting areas occupy the central part of the property. The bedrooms are positioned on either side of this central area, creating two separate sleeping arrangements. On one side, two double bedrooms, which can be configured as twins or doubles, are separated by a generously sized shower room. On the other side, the master bedroom features its own en suite shower room. French doors open from the master bedroom onto the covered terrace at the front of the house, allowing guests to soak in the breathtaking south facing views. Additionally, all bed linen and bath towels are provided, along with luxurious LOccitane bathroom products.
Accessed through the back door, the well-equipped kitchen leads to a small utility room housing essential appliances such as a fridge freezer, washing machine, and microwave. The kitchen itself features a dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker, coffee machine, kettle, teapot, toaster, and more.
The dining area showcases a substantial French style rustic table and six chairs, providing a charming setting for meals. Beyond the dining area, a cozy seating area is furnished with two large linen covered sofas, a coffee table, and a television with a CD/DVD player. The large patio windows capitalize on the stunning views. An adjoining door leads to the covered terrace, which offers an ideal spot for al fresco dining with its spacious glass topped table and six chairs. Just beyond the garden, a short flight of steps leads to the main pool area, complete with a sun deck, loungers, parasols, and even a boules court. Although the pool is technically shared with approximately five other houses and two apartments, it is rarely crowded as many of the other properties have their own private pools.
The entire site is meticulously maintained and features an excellent restaurant and a boutique hotel with a spa. Guests have the option to book various treatments at the spa, which includes a hammam and Jacuzzi, perfect for a relaxing visit during the early spring or late autumn when the outdoor pools may not be available.
