Experience the "Bo11" apartment:
This spacious apartment is flooded with natural light and features balconies. It underwent a complete renovation in December 2008 to ensure maximum comfort.
Located just a one-minute walk from Metro line 9, you'll have direct access to popular destinations such as the Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Galeries Lafayette, and Nation (where you can connect to Euro Disneyland).
Many attractions are within walking distance, including Père Lachaise, Bastille Plaza, Le Marais, and the historical center of Paris.
The surrounding area offers various shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries.
You will be captivated by the apartment's inviting atmosphere, stylish furniture, and abundance of natural light. Large windows overlook the Place Leon Blum and the 11th district city hall. Situated on the second floor of an 18th-century building (with an elevator), all windows are double glazed for added security and soundproofing.
Designed with leisure in mind, "Bo11" comfortably accommodates up to four people and includes:
- 1 bedroom with a Queen Size bed, wardrobe, and fireplace
- 1 living room with a double sofa bed, armchairs, TV, CD player, and free Wi-Fi
- 1 dining room with a dining table, chairs, and a radio
- 1 fully-equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, and cookware
- 1 bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The bathroom can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom for added privacy.

Bed and bath linen will be provided. The entire house is heated, and the master bedroom has air conditioning.

The 11th district is like a city within a city. It offers green spaces such as Père Lachaise Park and Bercy Village, as well as the lively atmosphere of Arsenal Harbor.
You'll find numerous restaurants, trendy bars, and a vibrant nightlife around Bastille Plaza, Lapp Street, La Roquette Street, Faubourg Saint Antoine, and Bastille Opera.
There are also notable monuments and sites to explore, including the Cirque d'hiver (The Winter Circus), Place de la République (The Republic Square), Place de la Bastille (The Bastille Square), and Saint Martin canal.

Taxi: The taxi ride will cost around 50 Euros and will take between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Avoid traveling during peak hours between 6:30 am to 9:30 am, as the journey may take up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Bus: There are two bus companies from CDG.
1. Roissybus: Get off at Opera. Walk for approximately 7 minutes to reach the Chaussée d'Antin, Lafayette Metro Station. Take Metro line 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil and get off at Metro Voltaire.
2. Air France bus (line 4): Get off at Gare de Lyon. The metro station is located at the bus stop. Take Metro line 1 towards Château de Vincennes and get off at "Nation". Then, take Metro line 9 towards Pont de Sevres and get off at Metro Voltaire.
Train: From CDG, take RER B towards Robinson - St Remy les Chevreuses. Change trains at Gare du Nord. Take Metro line 5 towards Porte d'Italie and get off at "Oberkampf". Then, take Metro line 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil and get off at Metro Voltaire. Take the "Sortie 4, Rue Sedaine" exit. The apartment is located right in front of the Metro Station. The total journey will take approximately 45 minutes.
