Canel is situated amidst a sprawling 20-hectare organic farmland, encompassing ancient woodlands, vineyards, plum orchards, and breathtaking vistas. The chateau boasts a rich farming history, encompassing cows, calves, chickens and eggs, vines and wine, plums and prunes, flour and bread. Presently, we have three cats on the premises, with the possibility of adding chickens by summer to provide fresh eggs for a delightful breakfast experience.For a delightful start to your day, breakfast is typically served on the courtyard terrace, offering a scenic view of the charming bastide town of Tournon d'Agenais. In the evenings, you can unwind in this idyllic setting beneath a magnificent sky.
Each bedroom features a private bathroom equipped with a shower and/or bath, along with a hairdryer and an array of toiletries. We provide all the necessary bed and bath linen, as well as towels for use by the pool.
Our swimming pool is open throughout the day, every day, allowing for leisurely relaxation. Additionally, we have a large trampoline for both kids and parents to enjoy, as well as a table-tennis table set up in the barn.
If desired, a delectable three-course meal can be arranged upon reservation. We offer a delightful selection of cheeses, cold meats, bread, and local wine on any given night of the week.
Canel is ideally positioned between Domaine de Lancement, a local independent wine farmer, and Vin du Tsar, a renowned wine cooperative, both of which consistently earn prestigious accolades.
Guests can avail rooms starting from 47.50€ per night, with the option to enjoy meals priced at 18€.

To reach us from Tournon d'Agenais, head towards Cahors on the road. After traveling for 300m, make a left turn towards Thézac. Continue on this road for 4km and then take a right turn when you spot the large wine bottle signifying Vin du Tsar. After another 300m, you will arrive at Canel, which is the first house on the right-hand side.
