Pascal, Valérie, and their 5 children, Gabriel, Valentin, Thimothé, Rosalys, and Pénelope, invite you to stay in their 5 peaceful and comfortable lodgings. They promise to offer you the warmest welcome and share their love for Ardeche with you.

Situated on a vast property spanning 60 hectares, filled with ancient olive trees and oak trees, the Farmhouse of Grads de Perret is home to these charming lodgings. Nestled within the grounds, you will find a large courtyard that preserves the historical features of the estate, including a traditional bread oven, arched sheep pens, an olive oil mill, a barn, a well, and beautiful exposed stone walls.

Directions

To find us: At the roundabout between ROSIERES and JOYEUSE, head towards ALES and drive for 200 meters before making a left turn. Continue on the road towards "Les Grads" (Mas de la Bastide, R.G. Alu) for 2.5 kilometers on a small, narrow, and winding tourist road. When you reach the Grads sign, look for the first farmhouse on the left with a blue gate and old tools painted in blue.
