Les Grands Marronniers Gite has been completely renovated and is the perfect place for gatherings in France with 2 or 3 families or friends.In addition to its comfortable, tastefully decorated, and functional interior, the house also offers tranquility and relaxation in its 700 m2 garden and private, secure swimming pool, complete with parasols and deckchairs.
Located in the charming village of St Mathieu, the house is just 400 m away from shops such as a supermarket, pharmacy, and two doctors, and only 2 km from a 33-hectare leisure lake.
The Gite can accommodate up to 12 people and features 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms (one on each floor, each equipped with a large shower, toilet, and sink), a spacious dining room with seating for 14 people, a cozy living room with a wood burner, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, and a 3-ring gas hob.
The kitchen and dining room provide direct access to the patio, where two tables and eight chairs are available. A large shaded table for up to 15 people, along with 18 chairs, can be found in the lower part of the patio under a canopy.
The salt-water swimming pool, measuring 12.5m x 5m, includes a paddling pool for children. The pool is completely enclosed and features an alarm on the edges to detect any potential falls.
With its fenced 700m2 garden, children can play safely and securely in the entire area.

Directions
To get there by plane, you can fly into the International Airport Limges Bellegarde, which is approximately 30 miles away. If you prefer driving, take the A20 highway and exit at 33 towards Périgueux. Continue in the direction of Aixe sur Vienne.
