"Le Gîte des Chênes" at LAUZANAC is a separate and fully private accommodation located next to our house. It boasts stunning views of the valley and oak woods, and has recently undergone a complete restoration with all-new furnishings.

The spacious open plan living room and dining room features a grand fireplace, while the kitchen area is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Guests can also enjoy complimentary high-speed internet access, satellite TV, and useful information about the surrounding area.

To access the first floor, guests ascend a beautifully crafted wrought iron staircase made on the farm. There are three double bedrooms with writing tables and wardrobes, two of which have ensuite bathrooms with showers and toilets, while the third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and toilet. Separating the bedrooms is a cozy television room that can be curtained off, and it also includes a double sofa bed.

The entire house benefits from central heating, and the large open plan living/dining room features a magnificent fireplace.

Outside, there are two private gardens on different levels. Across from the kitchen area, there is a covered terrace with a barbecue and comfortable outdoor furniture. The second garden offers a private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters, complete with a shaded poolhouse and shower. The pool area is terraced and child-safe.

Pets are welcome upon approval from the owners, and children are also warmly welcomed.
