La Fount presents La Maison, a meticulously restored traditional stone house boasting breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. This charming abode features its own entrance and a spacious private terrace complete with comfortable garden furniture. With original stone walls, wooden beams, and authentic furniture, La Maison exudes a rustic yet cozy ambiance. During winter holidays, guests can enjoy the warmth of a wood burning stove. The property spans three levels, with the ground floor offering a unique reading room nestled within the mountain, as well as a shower room equipped with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Ample storage space is also available.Ascending to the first floor, guests will find a comfortable kitchen, dining, and sitting area, furnished with a stereo and an array of reading material and games. A large airy bedroom on this floor offers stunning views of the village tower and the mountains. This room features a beautiful inlaid walnut double bed and a spacious single sleigh bed. On the top floor, there is a double bed and an en-suite shower room.
La Grange, a spacious two-story building, is the ideal romantic retreat for two. This accommodation showcases a vibrant mountain view and a split-level private terrace with its own entrance. The ground floor offers two sofas, a wood burning stove, a stereo, and an extensive collection of books. The kitchen and dining area are equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine. The romantic bedroom on the upper level boasts a solid oak double bed, a seating area, a vaulted ceiling with wooden beams, and a spacious en-suite with a shower and toilet.
To promote a truly immersive experience, La Fount adheres to a no-television policy, as there are countless activities to enjoy. Please note that due to the presence of steps, the properties are not suitable for wheelchairs or individuals with limited mobility. However, children are more than welcome, and a cot can be provided upon request. Regrettably, pets are not accepted.
The price of your stay at La Fount includes electricity, all charges, wood for the stoves, exquisite bed linen (excluding the cot), towels, toiletries, a barbeque, picnic basket, and an extensive starter pack. This comprehensive package allows you to travel light and avoid the need to stop at shops along the way.
