The mill has undergone a meticulous restoration. The mechanism, originally built in 1794 by local monks, was on the brink of decay. Despite this, remnants of the structure and the millstone were preserved.

The former water outlet has been transformed into an underground pool, which feeds into a picturesque lagoon.
