The house itself is conveniently close to stunning beaches such as Ericeira, Ribeira dIlhas, São Lourenço, Foz do Lizandro, Barril, Calada, and Coxos, offering a variety of options for seaside enjoyment.

This single-story house is fully independent and features two comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room with a television and access to a terrace, perfect for enjoying a delicious BBQ while watching the breathtaking sunset.
