Welcome to our lovely, convenient, and completely private Bed and Breakfast (B&B). Our high-ceiling studio, located in a separate building on the property of a beautiful Mediterranean home, offers a peaceful retreat in a quiet, historic LA neighborhood called Mid-City.

You will have your own private entrance with charming French doors, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. The studio is spotlessly clean and surrounded by fountains and a great landscape, creating a tranquil ambiance. Feel free to relax on the patio with a cup of tea and croissants, enjoying the serene atmosphere.

The fully furnished apartment includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a stocked fridge (featuring juice, tea, and water), a convection toaster oven, and a coffee maker with gourmet coffee. The separate bathroom is clean and provides a refreshing shower experience. We prioritize your comfort with 100% cotton 400 thread count sheets and top-quality queen bed with down-alternative quilts.

To start your day, we offer a delicious breakfast that includes fair-trade coffee/tea, croissants or muffins with homemade jam, and organic yogurt or cheese.

Our location is conveniently situated just 10-15 minutes away from UCLA, USC, Hollywood, the Grove, and Santa Monica. The freeway entrance is only two blocks away, and a bus stop is just one block away. Culver City, with its theaters, restaurants, farmers market, and historic attractions, is easily accessible within a 10-minute drive or bike ride. You can also take the bike path to Venice Beach or enjoy a 10-minute drive to Beverly Hills, LACMA, and the La Brea Tar Pits.

The owner of the property is fluent in French and Spanish and will gladly assist you in planning your stay and explaining the area.

You will have access to WIFI, a flatscreen TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. The internet connection is very strong and fast, thanks to our Lynksys E4200 router. Free parking is available, and we provide a hair dryer, iron, and iPod dock clock-radio for your convenience.

The water in the entire property is filtered, and we offer R.O. filtered drinking water in the studio. The shower heats up quickly, taking less than a minute, and provides hot water for your comfort. Additionally, we offer meals and laundry service for an additional fee. Smoking is permitted on the patio next to the apartment, where you can also lounge and relax.

Please note that we require a minimum stay of 2-3 nights.
