The house offers various amenities, such as a complete basement with a cellar, garage, and laundry room. There is also the option to park motorcycles and bicycles. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen, a combined living and dining room, as well as an entrance hall that are shared spaces. Additionally, the ground floor has a bedroom, a separate toilet, and a shower room exclusively for the owners' use. The first floor is exclusively for rental and includes two bedrooms, a library mezzanine, a bathroom with a toilet, and a private technical room. The house also features a garden and terraces surrounding it. Please note that the house is open all year except for the month of September.

If you make a direct reservation via email, you can enjoy preferential rates. Furthermore, our fishing enthusiasts will receive an additional 10% discount. Check-in is available from 5 p.m. onwards, and guests are required to check out before 12 p.m. Pets are allowed without any additional charges.

This rental offers the opportunity to stay in either one or two bedrooms located on the first floor of a villa, situated in the serene countryside between a lake and mountains. You will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs area for your privacy.

- A delightful bedroom with a balcony, equipped with a comfortable 140 cm bed, a table, an armchair, and storage space
- A versatile bedroom that can be arranged with either two 80 cm beds or one 160 cm bed

- A cozy relaxation area furnished with a library, a sofa, and a rocking chair
