Description for B&B:
Welcome to our bed and breakfast, B & B, where Alain and Christophe provide a warm and inclusive environment in their 1920s brick house, complete with a charming Parisian garden. We have a dedicated floor exclusively for our guests, offering two separate rooms, each equipped to comfortably accommodate two people, along with a shared bathroom on the same floor. Our rooms are tastefully decorated and feature parquet wood floors, fireplaces, and all necessary furnishings.Start your day with a delicious breakfast served either in our cozy living room or, weather permitting, in our beautiful garden. Guests also have complimentary access to WiFi throughout their stay. Additionally, we have a third bedroom on the ground floor, complete with a private bathroom.
If you're looking for a longer stay, we also offer comfortable and fully equipped studios in the second district of Paris, available for a minimum of one week.
Our bed and breakfast is located in the 20th district, known as the "countryside in Paris," which still retains its old-world charm with houses, gardens, and paved streets. It's a green oasis that offers convenient access to shops, transportation, and the vibrant center of Paris, which can be reached in just 15 to 20 minutes by subway, bus, or bike.
In 2008, Alain took over the management of these charming accommodations, ensuring that guests enjoy the necessary comfort and tranquility after a day of exploring the capital city. Our guests have the entire first floor to themselves, with two bedrooms - one overlooking the garden and the other with a small balcony facing the street. A shared bathroom with a shower and toilet is conveniently located next to the rooms on the first floor.
While guests have their own private space on the first floor, the owners reside on the second floor in their own private apartment. On the ground floor, you will find the inviting living room and kitchen, both of which open up to the garden and terrace, providing guests with access to these communal spaces.
We invite you to experience the charm and comfort of our bed and breakfast, where you will feel at home in the heart of Paris.
