Situated in a serene green environment, you will find a delightful stone house. Known as the charming "Combe Negro," this place invites you to relax and rejuvenate. The lush green landscape and surrounding trees will captivate you, offering a peaceful haven. With its spacious and comfortable interior, complete with personalized decorations and a private spa, this home is the perfect setting for a delightful vacation. Outside, you can take leisurely strolls in the garden, unwind in the shade of pine trees, or take a dip in the 11 x 5 swimming pool (open from April to October) with salt filtration.During your stay, you can indulge in various activities such as countryside walks, hiking on marked trails, or safe biking on the nearby greenway. Within a half-hour drive, you can also explore the charming villages of Vitrac (ranked as the 3rd most beautiful village in France), the medieval citadel of Domme, and the magnificent castles of Castelnaud, Beynac, and Milandes. Additionally, you can visit the stunning gardens of Marqueyssac and Eyrignac, and explore the famous Lascaux II caves. Not to be missed are the medieval town of Sarlat on one side and Martel, Rocamadour, and the caves of Lacave and Padirac on the other side.

Inside this charming abode, you will discover a spacious suite with a king-size bed, a cozy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private indoor spa for two. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the entire space spans a comfortable and air-conditioned 80 m².
We provide amenities such as WiFi, a 102 cm flat-screen TV, TNT channels, as well as an iPod and iPhone docking station for your entertainment. Additionally, we offer a baby bath, high chair, and cot upon request.
Outside the house, a small terrace overlooks the garden and swimming pool. We accept ANCV checks as payment.
