Additionally, numerous bars and restaurants are present in the vicinity.The property features an elegant bean-shaped family pool, gradually descending from 140cm to 180cm, spanning a size of 9.5m in length and 6m in width. For enhanced security, an alarm system is installed. Each holidaymaker is provided with comfortable sunbathing facilities. The premises also include a boulodrome constructed with approved dimensions.
Set within a vast enclosed garden encompassing an area of 1,500m2, adorned with lush trees, the residence offers a picturesque view from its spacious terrace. A summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and barbecue facilities is available for the convenience of guests. Furthermore, a large car park with an electric gate ensures ample parking space.

Benefitting from an idyllic green location, the property is a mere 5-minute drive from the Spanish border, 15 minutes from the beaches of St Jean de Luz/Ciboure, 25 minutes from Bidart, Biarritz/Anglet/Bayonne, 45 minutes from San Sebastian, and 45 minutes from Hossegor/Capbreton.
Guests can enjoy complimentary WIFI access during their stay, along with access to popular streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Please note that pets are not allowed, despite our affection for them. The serene and residential environment is not suitable for rowdy gatherings.
Kindly note that bed linen and towels are not included, and the property is duly registered with the town hall and tourist office.
